Mr. Garner received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baylor University and has worked in sales and marketing for over 10 years, including 5 within the oil and gas industry. Prior to founding TopInvestorLeads.com, established under TI Marketing in 2006, Mr. Garner assisted in the development of a start-up advertising company in the Dallas area.
His business insight and determination have yielded successful negotiations with some of the most reputable individuals and organizations nationwide. Much of his success is attributed to his entrepreneurial mindset and broad management experience, not limited to the energy sector.
Mr. Garner is a member of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Business Professionals of America (BPA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
